LEAP is an ideation program that brings together clinicians, technologists, entrepreneurs and Bio researchers to answer unmet clinical needs with innovative solutions.
The solutions are Bio-convergence focus, merging engineering and life sciences, set to revolutionize the health-tech industry and opening the door to unique innovations.

LEAP Vision and Mission:

LEAP empowers entrepreneurs and physicians to explore and create revolutionary solutions to unmet needs in the healthcare ecosystem. Our mission is clear:

Create top-tier, multidisciplinary teams of entrepreneurs, clinicians and technologists from various areas to ideate breakthrough solutions

Use the program’s partners to identify industry challenges and opportunities, enabling the participants to focus on relevant unmet needs

Validate solutions with leading US experts, investors and entrepreneurs to accelerate commercialization, bringing theory to practice quickly

Support the program participants in Venture Creation (KPI of End of Program, and 6 months after)

Duration: 16 weeks program focused on challenges in specific therapeutic areas in healthcare and biotech

Target Audience: Multidisciplinary teams

Program Components:
Learning - Intro to the the US healthcare system, regulation, Bioconvergence

Exploring - Visiting hospital departments and discovering unmet needs

Creating - Through Ideation process developing technologies for major needs who are relevant to the US market

LEAP is looking for entrepreneurs, technology experts, clinicians and experts in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering and more who are interested and excited to explore and create revolutionary solutions to unmet needs in the healthcare ecosystem with Bioconvergence. Full attendance and participation is required for the Leap Admission decisions will comply with equality, diversity, transparency and conflict of interest criteria. A participation fee of 1,200 NIS will be incurred. Discount will be given to active service reserve duty.
