Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of our infrastructure and play a critical role in scaling, securing, and optimizing our systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about automation, reliability, and performance at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead infrastructure initiatives focused on scalability, performance, and security

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Set up and manage observability tools to monitor system health and proactively resolve issues

• Optimize and manage database infrastructure, with a strong preference for ElasticSearch experience

• Oversee containerized environments and orchestration using Kubernetes

• Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform and Helm

• Work closely with engineering teams to support development workflows and improve operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience

• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and best practices

• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes

• Solid Linux systems knowledge, including networking and troubleshooting

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Helm)

• Experience managing databases — ElasticSearch is a strong plus
