Senior Backend Software Engineer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our core development team and help build the future of our data analytics platform. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing scalable backend systems, driving performance, and shaping the technical architecture of our product from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-native backend services

• Lead the design and implementation of new infrastructure for data analytics

• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions

• Contribute to technical decisions and help define best practices across the team

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience developing backend systems in a cloud-based environment

• Proven expertise with:

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Microservices architecture

  • SQL and NoSQL databases

  • System performance tuning and scaling

  • Kubernetes and Docker

• Experience with NoSQL databases is a strong advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
