You can Expect:​

  1. Responsible for managing and overseeing the development of the company's digital applications and systems.

  2. Management of development tasks, prioritization, and ensuring product quality, Timelines, and resource management.

  3. Providing high-level service according to goals, maintenance, and management of the production environment, including user support.

  4. Leading a team of developers, testers, and system analysts: responsible for professional development, recruiting and training new employees, performance evaluation, and conducting design reviews and code reviews.

  5. Working with internal users to define needs and requirements while gaining a deep understanding of business processes within the organization. Translating these needs into digital tools.

Experience Required:

  1. Proven Experience in managing a development team and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

  2. Previous experience in writing technical specification documents.

  3. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  4. Experience in developing digital applications using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

  5. Understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.

  6. Ability to inspire and motivate team members and create a positive work environment.

  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.

  8. Proficient in implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs.

  9. Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices.

  10. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile development teams.
